Nothing feels better than a good night’s sleep, and nothing feels worse than slogging through a day when we didn’t get enough sleep the night before.
I know firsthand. My eyelids are drooping as I search to put my fingertips on the correct keys. I tried all week to write this post. Guess I needed a bad night’s sleep to inspire me.
By the time Friday rolls around, we’re all ready to leave the work world behind, fall into bed, and sleep late Saturday and Sunday, if life lets us. If you manage it, enjoy your rest. You deserve it, so think kind thoughts of yourself.
