Brown isn’t a color I think about decorating with at home OR wearing. It’s always there, of course, ubiquitous in woodtone, leather, fur, hair, eyes and skintone. But it’s seldom a choice—for me anyway.
I noticed these rooms, though, because of the way brown comes alive in them. The same something is happening in the fashions paired with each, fresh from the fall 2016 collection runways. Typically interior design takes its cue from fashion, but it seems to me the reverse is beginning to be true.
